This Privacy Policy describes how Biimo collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 – LGPD) and other applicable regulations.

1. Who We Are

Biimo is the controller of personal data processed on the platform. We are committed to handling your information with transparency, security, and respect for your privacy.

2. Data We Collect

We collect registration data voluntarily provided (name, business e-mail, phone, company, role), platform usage data (access logs, actions performed, IP address, device), and operational data entered by the customer for asset management.

3. Purposes of Processing

We use your data to: (i) enable access and operation of the platform; (ii) provide support and communicate updates; (iii) issue invoices and comply with tax obligations; (iv) improve our products through aggregated analyses; and (v) comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal Basis

Personal data processing is based on: contract performance, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest, and, when applicable, the data subject's consent.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers strictly necessary for platform operation (hosting, payment processing, support tools), all contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and adopt appropriate security measures.

6. Information Security

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, audit logs, and periodic review of security practices.

7. Retention and Deletion

Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfill the described purposes and applicable legal obligations. After contract termination, data may be exported by the customer for up to 30 days and is then securely deleted, except for retention required by law.

8. Data Subject Rights

Under the LGPD, you may request at any time: confirmation of processing; access to data; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking, or deletion; portability; information about sharing; and consent withdrawal. Requests may be made through the channels indicated at the end of this Policy.
